Returns exceptions are a way to override the default item return location for a fulfillment node on a per-product basis. For example: You ship an item from your warehouse, but that item needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer. You could configure a return only location in your Jet Partner Portal, and then configure the return location node in Aerodrome by using the Return location manager. You would then assign a custom return location node to a product by using a returns exception.

There are two required columns per row.

  • Sku
  • Return location Node
